Jehovah is Holy. The word "HOLY" was derived from a Hebrew term meaning "Separate". Jehovah is separate from everyone in the sense that his purity and cleanness is absolute and infinite. He is also totally alienated from all sinfulness.
As those created in his image, how can we imitate that amazing quality? One way is by truly repenting of our sins, correcting our wrong course and constantly upholding the moral laws Jehovah has given to us all.
